Valda Cui

Valda Cui shoots forth a water bomb that leaves a Tide Trap when hitting an obstacle or reaching it's maximum distance. Tide Traps [Drench] enemies that touch it for 2 seconds.

Cannot be used while under attack.

[Drench] Enemies are bound by the tide's pull, but are freed when attacked. Tide Traps can bind Blue and Purple Focus targets.

Hold [F] to aim at a spot within 20 meters, and lay multiple Tide Traps around that spot after releasing [F]. These trigger seperately to [Drench] enemies for 0.5 seconds

Valda Cui sets Tide Traps in front and to the side of her as she leaps backwards. These trigger after a slight delay to [Drench] enemies for 0.5 seconds..

Valda Cui calls upon oceanic energy to crash down upon a fan-shaped area before her, binding the enemies hit with [Dragon's Coil] for 15 seconds. Ignores Focus. Enemies around you will be slightly repelled at the moment of release.

Upon binding a target, she leaps into the air with her sea dragon, tapping [LMB] hurls a water spear to attack enemies. The damage of water spear scales with the rarity of her weapon. The thrown water spear will consume the sea dragon's health and Dragon's Coils that bind enemies.

Ther sea dragon's health determines both its duration and that of all [Dragon's Coil] Binds.

Enemies break free of bind when attacked.

Valda Cui calls upon oceanic energy to crash down upon a fan-shaped area before her, Binding all enemies hit with [Dragon's Coil] for 9 seconds. Ignores Focus. Enemies around you will be slightly repelled at the moment of release.

She no longer summons forth a sea dragon, but can move freely instead

Enemies break free of Bind when attacked.

Valda Cui no longer calls upon oceanic energy, instead summoning forth a sea dragon and flying into the air upon it. As she does so, Valda cui also summons multiple water spears. These can be thrown by tapping [LMB] to deal damage and trap targets with [Dragon's Coil] for 6 seconds, ignoring Focus; or throw slower by tapping [RMB] to deal more damage. The water spear damage scales with the rarity of her weapon.

Enemies around you will be slightly repelled at the moment of release.

The sea dragon's health determines its duration.

Any attack except spears thrown by tapping [LMB] will free enemies from [Dragon's Coil].
